The Military History Club welcomes a return in-person visit by Missouri Civil War expert Greg Wolk. Drawing on his work with the Missouri Humanities Council, Wolk presents a vivid portrait of the early days of the Civil War, following Ulysses Grant from his entry into Missouri opposite Quincy, Illinois through his first notable victory at Belmont and explains how Grant's experiences in Missouri impacted his rise to immortal fame as a soldier.
