From YouTube and Mark Felton Productions: "In 1945, the last German defence line before Berlin were the Seelow Heights, overlooking the Oder River 100km east of the capital. Failure to stop the Soviets at Seelow would allow them to advance on Berlin for the final major battle of the Western Front."
