In this 25 minute video British Historian Mark Felton discusses information he uncovered about King George VI helping his German Relatives (some were active Nazi's fighting against British forces) at the end of WWII. He delves into the British Royal family being basically of German descent and discusses some issues from  WW1 and how they rolled into WWII.

In 1945, King George VI ordered a top secret mission of British Soldiers to help some of his German relatives relocate their personal belongings, art collections and Nazi documents from their Castle in Soviet territory to their Castle in Allied territory. It's an interesting story, with follow-up on post war outcomes for the participants. I hope you enjoy it.
